At Noble Finds, we take pride in delivering high-quality shoes to our customers. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange. Please review our exchange policy carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Opening Video Requirement:
To process an exchange, you must provide a clear and unedited video of the parcel being opened. The video must:- Begin with the sealed package visible.
- Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Clearly highlight the issue (e.g., wrong product, defective item, etc.).
- Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Exclusions:
- Exchanges will not be accepted for products showing signs of wear or tampering.
- Claims without an unboxing video or with incomplete/edited videos will not be considered.
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at noblefinds7@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- The unboxing video attached.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the return and shipment of the replacement item.
- The replacement will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
- The customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
